ANDERSON, DORN & RADER, LTD –

Legacy and Wealth Planning Attorneys

Anderson, Dorn & Rader is a law firm dedicated to the best in estate planning.  For most estate planning attorneys, the focus is primarily on the 55 year old and higher population.  At A D & R, we want to make sure the young families are not left out.

Most young families do not realize the importance of having an appropriate estate plan in place, or perhaps they have thought about it, but other priorities creep in and it gets postponed.

With proper planning, we can assure that your children will not only have the assets left to them in a responsible and meaningful way, but they will be physically and emotionally cared for, as well.

Proper legal planning is absolutely essential in assuring that someone is immediately available to care for them if you become disabled or die.  Legal planning is also essential to provide guardian for them in the long term, as well.

That is why A D & R offers free K.I.S.S. the Kids Workshops for parents of minor children where we explain what is available and give you all the tools necessary.  We will even give you the fees for all the various levels of planning, so you can decide which best fits your needs and your budget.

  About Bradley B Anderson

brad9516Brad Anderson is the father of six happy, self-sufficient children and the grandfather of 15 grandchildren.  As a father and grandfather, he has been concerned about the welfare of children who lose their parents to death or disability.  With the introduction of K.I.S.S. the Kids, his experience and expertise can alieviate that concern for many families.
Prior to founding his own firm in 1995, Mr. Anderson served as a senior counsel for two major financial institutions and witnessed the often devastating effects of ineffective estate planning with many customers of those institutions.  When he eventually decided to venture out on his own, this experience led him to focus exclusively on estate planning, providing his clients with a full range of basic and advanced planning options.
